Technocean’s guiding principle for QHSE is the “Zero Philosophy”. The core of the “Zero Philosophy” is that incidents and non-conformities do not just happen, but are the result of a sequence of actions or factors leading up to the undesired event. This means that events can be prevented by proactive behavior. By knowing our QHSE performance today we identify the targets for tomorrow’s improvement of proactive attitude and practice.

The Management System in Technocean is a process-based QHSE Management System where Quality and HSE are incorporated as equal parts in the system. Our HSE performances also reflect the quality of our services. The QHSE Management System uses the methodology known as “Plan-Do-Check-Act” (PDCA), and by this take action to continually improve our QHSE process performance.

The senior management in Technocean undertakes a continuing commitment to continually improve the effectiveness of the QHSE Management System and comply with all relevant requirements, regulations and standards.
